Where do you ship to?

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. At present, we ship to 25 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Please refer to the list below to check if we deliver to your country.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, changes/cancellation requests should be made within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity and vibrant quality of your custom-designed anime T-shirts, please follow these care instructions:

  • Wash Inside Out: Turn your T-shirt inside out before washing to protect the printed design.
  • Use Cold Water: Machine wash in cold water to preserve the fabric and print integrity.
  • Air Dry Only: Hang or lay flat to air dry. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat may damage the print or fabric.
  • Do Not Iron: Our T-shirts are crafted from wrinkle-free materials, so ironing is unnecessary and may harm the design.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

To ensure every order meets our standards, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipping, please email us at info@shopshonen.co and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your return policy?

Heroes' Honor Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our custom-designed anime T-shirts and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. Please note the following:

  • Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact). Items purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., "Buy Two, Get One Free") are not eligible for return.
  • Store Credit: Approved returns will receive a full store credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be used for any non-promotional items in our store.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopshonen.co with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning your item(s).

We aim to process returns within 7-10 business days of receiving the item(s). If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@shopshonen.co. Thank you for choosing our designs!

What if the items I received are defective/incorrect?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. If the item has a vinegar smell and/or off-white residue, don’t worry, it’s the remainder of the fixation agent applied to the print that will disappear after the first wash.

When would I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
